The cost, Like all things in life, you get what you pay for and if something seems too good to be true it probably is! A website needs to be well planned and, in most cases will require some additional features and promotion (submission to the search engines to ensure that the site can be found). Prices can vary from a few hundred dollars for a simple website to several thousand dollars for a complex ecommerce application.

Capturing Design offers services that focus on providing you with a total package of integrated tools to give your enterprise the type of global marketing and delivery it requires. What this package is will vary greatly according to your business and may encompass many features other than visible pages.

We have a schedule of hourly rates which we will be happy to quote where hourly work is desired, but for most situations this is not very helpful to you in comparing suppliers unless you know how many hours particular jobs ought to take. We find most clients are best-served by getting an estimate for the required end product.

Estimates: We offer the Project Estimates to evaluate your project according to requirements and parameters set by tour company.

Design to specification: If you know what you want, discuss it with us - free of charge - and we will prepare an estimate of the work and the costs involved for your approval. Free estimate.

Design to budget: If you know what your budget is but don't know what you can get for it, talk it over with us - it's free - and we'll prepare a proposal for the best plan consistent with your budget and needs. Free proposal.

Terms and Payments:

For sites under $5000 our standard terms are 50% of the estimate in advance and the balance upon successful project completion. (This can be negotiated if required.)

For larger sites we are happy to negotiate schedules of progress-payments or to make arrangements for invoicing work done on an hourly basis.

On-line payments may be made via credit card and other instruments through PayPal. (Larger and/or international transactions may require account verification for first-time users.)
