This policy explains the terms and conditions governing the use of Capturing Design's web site.
By accessing Capturing Design Website, the user is bound by these terms and conditions. Capturing Design reserves the right to change

of Capturing Design and is protected by domestic and international copyright treaty. No part of this site may be reproduced,
stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means whatsoever, without prior written permission
from Capturing Design. The use of Capturing Design software products and downloads from this site shall be governed by the terms of the
End User License Agreements (EULA), which accompany or are included with the software ("License Agreement").
Warranties and Disclaimers:
The information in this web site is subject to change and without notice. No warrantee of quality or fitness for any
particular use or purpose is expressed or implied. Capturing Design accepts no liability for any errors or omissions which may
occur. Capturing Design will not be held liable for any loss or claim to the maximum extent permitted by law. In accessing the
site, you indemnify and hold Capturing Design harmless from any direct or indirect claim or demand arising from reliance on the
site's information or contents. You accept full responsibility for any of your actions including but not limited to

Downloads and Materials Use:
Capturing Design provides registered users with a user id and password to access private content and to download products,
product manuals, technical and update information in a combination of HTML or PDF formats.

You may submit to this site content including (but not limited to) product bug reports, comments, piracy reports or

property of Capturing Design with royalty-free, non-exclusive license to modify and use the information for the purpose expressly
stated by the sender. Capturing Design accepts no responsibility for any information that is misused, lost or modified and can
delete or remove the content at any time without prior notice or liability.
Prohibited Communication:
You are not allowed to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscenity, obscene,
pornographic, or similar material that would violate the rights of any other person or entity. This includes submissions
to or downloads from this site regardless of the source of the material. Violators may be subject to criminal prosecution.
